My weight has been more or less the same since I started with Belletoday. It has gone up and down as much as 6 pounds but the weight never stayed the same for long. Of course I havent really followed the meals or exercises.
Las March, our company dentist had coffee with me and my friends after lunch. He told us how he lost 30 pounds by running at around the office basketball court. And he had to stop running or lessen his runs otherwise he would "shrink" too much. We were all interested. Enough to try it!
We have been at it for 2 months now M-W-F around the basketball court at lunchtime. I finally lost 2 pounds and it's stable. I have been at 138 lbs for about a month. It's so little but the fact that the weight loss is stable is encouraging to me. It's not the only thing I do. I also play badminton and lift weights. But the running is what budged my weight from the plateau. Hopefully I will lose weight a lot faster now. I've decided to have salad and soup for lunch and not eat rice for a while. It's not hard because I eat more "ulam" than rice.
Whats frustrating for me is that I think all the weight I gained are in my tummy area because it's still from my pregnancy. I have very slim arms and legs but my tummy looks like I'm 3 months preggy. Well, here's to more pounds lost per week.
t's a bad time to start a diet. Holiday season! But if not now, when?One day ago, I had 2 slices of raisin bread for breakfast and a cup of coffee. Lunch was about a cup of spaghetti with meat sauce. I also had about 2 cups of cheetos throughout the day. However, tonight was our the fitness club year end party in my office. it was buffet. i just had a taste of each dish but i still ended up eating a lot. not good.
Yesterday, I had 1 slice raisin bread and apple and cinnamon flavored yoghurt with my coffee. Lunch was spaghetti again. We had little celebration at work in the afternoon...I ate 1 big slice of pizza, a scoop of ice cream, 1 cream puff and 2 cups of chips. I also had about 1/4 bar of chocolate.
