Am Back to belle today

Today is the the day . I want to be healthy and fit again. I am happy to be back here in belletoday again.

I am Happy

I am happy i am back to belletoday after a year.

I am happy to find out i lost 8 lbs from my last update in belletoday.

I am happy to start sharing with belletoday friends my day to day meal program.

I am happy to share that I used one of the diet programs which probably made me lost 8 lbs- the scarsdale diet.

I am happy to start a healthy eating habit with belle today friends.

Secret to weight loss and wrinkle free face

My objective today and this weekend is to detoxify , eat less and less sugar drink. I can achieve this by drink plenty of water . Drinking at least 6 to 10 glasses of water.  Like what many people say... water is the secret to weight loss and anti-aging.

Weight tracker

 

I am 130lbs now and my goal is to weight 110lbs.. I am fascinated with the weight tracker . This would really be a big help in watching my weight. I have not been tracking my weight for the past months. I weight 115lbs when i arrived from US last July 2009 .

My goal is to lose a lb a day. I know this is hard but with the goal in mind i should achieve it. I should be 110lbs in next 20 days. Ambitious but i know i will reach this weight in time.

 Program meal is not yet available . I am starting with more liquid to drink and reduce rice intake.
