to my dear belles...i'm back...and happy

my belles thanks a lot...it was just now that i updated my page...been out for months...but i'm back...

i lost weight in january and i gained weight in june...terrible...

but i have something to share... i was in singapore in january for vacation, sg locals are slim as you know.
but that's not the story. I met consultants there, i mean fitness consultants and they have this machine, i don't know what it's called but it can actually get the total amount of excess water in the body... they said that my arms are already filled by water the reason why it's saggy.

Another thing, I learned that when your fat or oops in modesty,  i mean if your weight doesn't go with your size, then we might have liver or kidney problems... when you have liver problems, your metabolism decreases and even if you are trying to cut back on bad foods, nothing seems to change (even when you are religious in your diet regimen, 'seems like instead of losing weight, it's the opther way around)... it's best to also have your liver checked 'cause you might have fatty liver... so there... I got mine checked and not to my surprise, heheheh -positive... so 'was given meds like vitamin b1 6 12 and food supplements for the liver.  So far so good...

While taking the meds, i also try to eat in portions or if not in portions, i make sure that i cut back on sodas, ice cream, snacks, salty and sugary foods... so far so good...it's not that mahirap since i took the meds, i don't know but its just vitamin b and liver supplement but a lot of help really...

I have a little secret, i hope belle will not get mad... I stopped weighing cause everytime I weigh I get conscious then later on gets depressed and then due to depression, i get hungry and thinks of eating my favorite ice cream... (hehehe)

The thing is, I think I'm losing weight...

Anyway, I don't buy ice cream in groceries anymore... but i'm so inlove with yogurt ice creams of red mango and white hat... i know it still has sugar but the thing is, it's yogurt...=)

Right now, I think I'm starting to feel better.

What's more?
I guess I'm starting to love cooking... I just don't eat what I cook, I serve everything to my homemates hehehehe. The reason why i'm into cooking now? -it makes me go to the market (no more couch potato) and the cooking process makes me sweat... and when I do I just drink water,. a lot of water and already feel full (i'm not saying you skip meals, just be mindful to eat in portions -it helps) =)

today is my start day to lessen my rice intake

I've decided to lessen my rice intake to 1/2 cup every meal, and I'm planning to make it as a lifestyle... - I started this early morning (breakfast). I haven't weighed in yet, later this afternoon I'm gonna buy a new weighing scale because I left my old to my aunt in the province... I'm just so excited...

 

One thing more, yesterday, i sweat a lot, we had our "house general cleaning"...and I feel better today.

no more soda addiction

yep! I've already passed the test, whenever I get the feeling of thirst, I grab no more cans of soda, i'm so much into water nowadays, and thanks to you my belles...

And since I have acid reflux,  I can't opt to tea or any other juice, even natural fruit juice, so I guess I'll stick with my water regimen... and I know It'll do me more good.

---My week 1 was a real test of how disciplined I am, though I didn't get a result (because of my cravings and all -well because I just merely started), still, I'll follow the rules, I'm sure in no less than a month, I'll see some changes...
