I feel sorry for myself today because today is supposed to be my start date in losing weight but we ate out, i had 1 cup of garlic rice, 2 sticks of pork barbecue, half order of kare-kare, 2 spoonful leche flan for dessert. What I'm bothered about, i drank a large cup of soda. ouch! I guess insteda of losing weight, I gained pounds just by my undisciplined eating habits.

It's okay. Just try to make up for it tonight, and the rest of the week. =) It might be better to just focus on cutting back on sodas first—that's what week 1 of the program is all about! Good luck!
