I've decided to lessen my rice intake to 1/2 cup every meal, and I'm planning to make it as a lifestyle... - I started this early morning (breakfast). I haven't weighed in yet, later this afternoon I'm gonna buy a new weighing scale because I left my old to my aunt in the province... I'm just so excited...
One thing more, yesterday, i sweat a lot, we had our "house general cleaning"...and I feel better today.

That's great! I like that you're not giving up rice completely. =) 1 1/2 cups of rice a day is a good amount for a healthy weight loss diet.
