 It all started in Singapore

It all started in Singapore two years ago, I can't help but be amazed of the place, the people, its highlights and definitely, the food. The food that has to be blamed for my flabs ( just kidding, well it's me to be blamed). Their street foods were all good, Yes it is, Indian and Singapore cuisines were terribly savory. I thought I found my match, until I realized that my flabs are showing . I felt guilty and 'got depressed, i planned to cut back on my carbs but it did me no good (i just got hyperacidity and GERD)...

And today, I'm trying my best to discipline myself...

I ate a cup of rice for breakfast, green leaves and a fish then I drank half a liter of water. (Thank God, finally, I'm not craving for soda) Lol but I really prayed that He pull off my addiction to softdrinks and junkfoods.

I also did some house chores to at least sweat...

Well, this is what I call one step at a time... no rush... no crash and drastic diet.

YES!

Been a while since I last went to Singapore, but from what I see on the Asian Food Channel, it's like a food paradise! Sorry to hear about the hyperacidity and GERD...I also suffered from a slight case for a while.

Good luck on your goals. =)
