i'm on the right track I think, I'm following the water thingy... I don't get this extreme liking for soda anymore because water makes me feel full right after every meal... (so there's no need for me to buy another drink)
What I do is eat my breakfast (in variety) and when I feel almost full stops eating, then drink...lol but that's what I'm doing really.
Anyway, now, I'm drinking 2 Liters of water a day, pretty much sure of that because I have a spill proof tumbler (the brand is lock and lock ) and it's helping...
