Hi, I’m 28 years old and my current weight is 174, I already lost 9 pounds in two weeks... still a long way to go.... I wanted to lose weight simply because I want to be more healthy and break my bad habit of eating just because the food is there. I want to be at 130-125 hopefully by the end of the year.I’ve already started making changes to my diet hopefully i can accomplish this goal, BEST OF LUCK TO ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO LOSE WAIT, DON”T GIVE UP:)
