The weighing scale told me i lost 14 lbs since january - the month i started with belletoday. I looked at the graph and realized that i was indeed losing pounds - on some weeks i plateaud but still, i was losing fat (i think) steadily. I didn't feel different except that my old skirts fit again and a lot of my friends commented on my slimmer silhoutte. I'm beginning to think i can really hit my desired weight. Yeah, slow but sure is the way to go!
