Last year, at about this time, I was bent on losing weight so i hit the gym almost daily and lost 6 pounds in one month. But then my schedule went crazy again so i gained back my weight and then some. This time, i plan to take it slow. A pound a week would be fine with me and it seems i'm hitting the target. I no longer fret if i can't go to the gym. I am more gentle with myself and give in to cravings at least once a week. I hope this time i can keep off the pounds for good!
