The past week was just so crazy i wasn't able to go to the gym. I tried to make up by taking a walk as much as possible. I also continued slugging more water which made me run to the restroom every now and then. My schedule is not too hectic next week so i'm thinking of perhaps losing 2 pounds. That would be 5lbs lost in January - not too bad. I just hope that this slide will continue.
I want to lose 20 lbs by July. That's at least 4 lbs every month!
