I now see the importance of mirrors - and i think not having one (those really large ones, not the one in the bathroom that get's all foggy) was the culprit to my horrible weight gain. I could not see my reflection so the image i had of myself was still the same. This is the reason why i get bewildered why the clothes don't fit anymore and i am led by sales clerks to the section for full-bodied women. So tomorrow i will shop for a mirror which i will set up in a place that would remind me to be conscious of what i eat and to take care of my health.
my diet for today, Friday, 20 February

It also helps if you look in the mirror while working out!

Yup I do admit it does help once you can see you full self in a mirror, I am lucky my in law had 1 in her bedroom, so everytime I want to check on the clothes I wear I go to her room to check it out, and believe me there's a lot of times when I saw myself and say yuck I really need to slim down! ha ha ha... and after it really feel so good when once in a while you check and you saw yourself slimming down!... so Good luck in your mirror hunting!

I placed a full body mirror just next to the dinner table and it always reminds me to go on with the diet and never lose track of the weight I already lost so far...and in the morning I used to face the mirror while I do my side swing stepper and aero. In this way, I can pay more attention on the parts to concentrate and also I notice the improvements which makes me more eager to exercise and eat right! =)

And you'll be feeling even better once you start seeing changes in the mirror. ;) Good luck!
