 side effect of pills

I have a friend who swears to the effectivtiy of Zhen de shou. I can see she has lost pounds but i am not comfortable popping diet pills as there might be terrifying side effects. What happens after she stops eating these pills?

So while i really want to see my toes again, i guess i'll just have to open belletoday for affirmation. i lost 3 pounds in two weeks but the graph says i had been slowly but steadily losing some weight. I like that. My secret? Reading belletoday and trying at least to follow 40 percent of what's being shared. Works for me.

Im guilty of trying this and it did work. But then, the side effects (bad ones) were more. So I completely stopped and now I am working out and eating a balanced diet. :)

That's so good to hear... I never tries any diet pills also as a I heard a lot of people say that once you stop taking it, you will just go back to our old weight, so better not to try it. It's better to really loose those weight naturally and slowly... that way it can easily be maintained after :)

Good for you for not relying on diet pills. You're right...they can be terrifying...because, what if you're sensitive to one of their suspicious ingredients? =( And the money that would have been used to buy those diet pills would be better off spent on a nice treat, like a nice hot meal or a new cute outfit. ;)

Keep at it! Slow and steady is the best kind of weight loss. =)
