Could this be true? That Mang Inasal's chicken is 734 calories? OMG!! That's my favorite chicken.. I thought it's healthier than KFC's chicken since it's grilled..

Hello fellow belles! Well, Im back to where I started.. I'm once again 130 pounds :( Sarap kasi kumain nh? but it's ok.. Today I'll start again with my journey. Things that I promise myself are: 1. Eat 1 slice of wheat bread for bfast or fruits. 2. Minimize my lunch to half rice. 3. Eat dinner with half rice only or eat fruits. 4. Go to the gym 3x a week. 5. Drink lots of water. 6. Avoid coffee and sweets. 7. Avoid junk foods (or eat lesser then stop). Easier said than done but I'll do my best :)
Hi fellow belles! Well, jumping rope is not for me. My foot always hurt so finally, I give in to go to gym. Gold's gym has a promo until yesterday, 800 per month and 96 visits a year. So, it's only 100 a visit. I have a question, in doing threadmill, is it better to do the uphill than the flat ones? I noticed that when it's uphill the calorie burned is higher than the normal ones, but of course, I'm doing it much slower than tha flat ones which i can really run. Is the threadmill's calorie counter true or not? Will I burn more calories with the uphill but slower than the flat ones which I think is more intense because I'm running?
