 Not for me

Well, Ive been trying a new daily routine. It's because I've read that the best time to exercise is when you woke up or atleast not after 2 hrs. I tried it but you know what, I'm still fine up to lunch, but when it's around 2-3 pm, I'm craving for BIG meals, as in kanina I ate noodles na ha, the chinese version which is 450 calories! Then, Im not contented pa, I ate nova chips pa which is 160 calories, and I ate pa 3 pcs rice crackers!!! My goodness! This is the second day that I'm having that kind of attitude.. When I started morning exercise.. Maybe for me, I'm used to do it in the afternoon.. How bout you guys? What's your best time to do it? =)

Exercises for today:

30 mins elliptical machine

20 mins weight lifting

  Breakfast aotmeal with ginataang kalabasa and malunggay
  Lunch brown rice, talong
  Snack BIG noodles, 3 rice crackers, nova chips
  Dinner mushroom, beef brisket, 1/2 rice, 2 sips of rootbeer
  Glasses of water

hello po!!! i do it as early as 5:30am when my kids are preparing for school...habang their eating their breakfast ayun panay exercise ko sa balkonahe namin...ok cya kc malamig pa at makaka energize pra sa whole day of work

8am run or 830 am yoga. I hope you are not skipping breakfast... This might be why you are famished by lunch.

Naku, carbo loading. Tsk tsk. =P

I'm comfortable with running in the evening, after dinner...but my problem is that there are too many cars in the subdivision (mga umuuwi from work) at that time, and it disrupts my pace. Nakakabulag rin yung headlights. So I'm forced to run at dawn before going to the office, whenever I can.
