Well, Ive been trying a new daily routine. It's because I've read that the best time to exercise is when you woke up or atleast not after 2 hrs. I tried it but you know what, I'm still fine up to lunch, but when it's around 2-3 pm, I'm craving for BIG meals, as in kanina I ate noodles na ha, the chinese version which is 450 calories! Then, Im not contented pa, I ate nova chips pa which is 160 calories, and I ate pa 3 pcs rice crackers!!! My goodness! This is the second day that I'm having that kind of attitude.. When I started morning exercise.. Maybe for me, I'm used to do it in the afternoon.. How bout you guys? What's your best time to do it? =)
