 My achievements

Well, cant keep my weight down to 115lbs na whatever I do.. Im up to 118 lbs again.. but its ok as long as I do my exercises regularly atleast I know im still healthy for a 5'2". I also eat what I want na with not as much restrictions as before..just eat a little to satisfy my taste buds. Im also not used to eat much na din eh.. Im full na din mga half rice lang or 3/4 rice unlike before na 1 cup tlga. Im also used to drink cafe latte with no added sugar! yehey to me because I used to drink coffee with 2 tbsps sugar. It's such an achievement to me already. Thank you for teaching me so much.. Actually minsan, I look at myself and I feel im payat na, well minsan naman feel ko kulang pa.. hehe But the important is we are mindful of what we eat na..Ü

My daily exercises is:

MWF- 20 mins weight lifting

           30 mins elliptical machine

TTHS- 30 mins to 40 mins elliptical machine

so tamad to sit ups pa eh.. darating din tyo jan belles.. hehe

pano ba mag start d2 sa belle. nxt week pa kc and start and diet ko. i dont know kung water ba for 1 week ang strart. or they will give meal plan for the week.

Sis! Ang galing ng mga new habits mo! =) You're right, what's important is that you're healthy, and you have these healthy habits..my favorite "achievement" is one of those you mentioned...we can pretty much eat whatever we like, but we know that we can have just enough to satisfy our cravings.

Just remember, yung number na nasa weighing scale, ikaw lang naman ang may alam ng totoong number...the rest, sa pagdala mo na 'yan sa sarili mo, and maybe even yung cut and style ng clothes mo.

If you can keep it up for the next few months, baka gradually bumaba pa 'yan, since ang laking difference din ng pagkawala ng sugar from your coffee.
