Well, cant keep my weight down to 115lbs na whatever I do.. Im up to 118 lbs again.. but its ok as long as I do my exercises regularly atleast I know im still healthy for a 5'2". I also eat what I want na with not as much restrictions as before..just eat a little to satisfy my taste buds. Im also not used to eat much na din eh.. Im full na din mga half rice lang or 3/4 rice unlike before na 1 cup tlga. Im also used to drink cafe latte with no added sugar! yehey to me because I used to drink coffee with 2 tbsps sugar. It's such an achievement to me already. Thank you for teaching me so much.. Actually minsan, I look at myself and I feel im payat na, well minsan naman feel ko kulang pa.. hehe But the important is we are mindful of what we eat na..Ü
My daily exercises is:
MWF- 20 mins weight lifting
30 mins elliptical machine
TTHS- 30 mins to 40 mins elliptical machine
so tamad to sit ups pa eh.. darating din tyo jan belles.. hehe
