I would just like to share this with you as I have problem also with constipation. Just thinly slice a skin peeled guava and put it in the ref, after it's cold, just dash a 'kiamuy powder' which is also called champoy powder in filipino. It is color red and can be bought in chinatown or in ongpin. The following day, you will loose those unwanted wastes and you will feel so clean.^_^ Well, the I hate the fruit itself but when you put the powder it is so delicious! I can eat a big guava by one sitting. hehe

Prune are also very effective.. When I delivered my baby, I'm so scared of going to the toilet because I'm a natural delivery, my mom taught me to eat prunes, just 2 pcs of it, the next morning, all my wastes came out. What a relief! ^_^
