Well after 3 months of no yaya, it's a good thing that someone recommended me 2. I can now go back to my regular exercise. I started yesterday with 15 mins of elliptical machine. Today, I just did 10 mins weight lifting (6 lb each) and 10 mins elliptical. I will just take it slow until I'm used to it again.
Guys, I do have a problem, I''m having irregular menstruation, I tested already and I'm not pregnant but my last menstruation is feb 4. after 2 weeks, i had spotting for 3 days, but until now there's none na. Hayyz I will see my doctor soon but I'm afraid of what would be the reason behind it. ^_^
