 shOCKeD!

 

 

Guess what guys?! I managed to lose weight even if I didn't do my exercises..hehe Actually, for the reason that I don't have yaya and maid, doing household chores and babysitting plus managing our business. It's been a month already with no exercise and not much restraining on food..I eat what I want but I'm used to eating smaller quantities than before and I don't put much sugars on coffee.. So yehey! I thought I'd forever stucked to 117 lbs ( coz it's been 2 months din ha) but now, with not much effort, I'm back to my original goal of 115. ^_^

  my diet for today, Saturday, 16 January
  Breakfast champorado, bread with bacon
  Lunch 2 pizzas (Shakeys)
  Snack hotdog sandwich
  Dinner rice, mapo tauho, siomai, raddish cake and chicken feet
  Glasses of water
