 Jumping rope

 

 

Hi fellow belles! It's been a year since I last wrote here. Well, I've just been busy on our business. Like finding a yaya, it's also hard to find a diligent secretary. Anyways, I've been trying a new exercise that is jumping rope. I've been playing it for just a week with my yaya. It's because I find it more interesting when playing it with someone else. Atleast when I'm done it's her turn and I can rest for a while and then play again when it's my turn. But the prob is, my foot hurt..I think I sprained it. Yung first day kasi we didn't wear rubber shoes as in naka paa lang kami sa house kasi sumasabit ung shoes sa rope but lately naka shoes na kami. Need my manghhilot na tlga. I also noticed na parang lumalaki ung legs ko is it because of jumping? We can do 500-1,000 jumps a day depending on our mood. Super tiring but sarap ng pawis. My yaya also wants to be sexy na din hehe  I checked my weight prang bumigat ako pero parang nagloose naman pants ko hehe in a month i'll try to check my weight again.

hi vic n nice meeting u gisa! But my prob is naiipit ung ugat ko lagi sa paa. it's been twice this week na nagpahilot ako even if naka rubber shoes ako. any advice?

Oh wow! :)

I used to jump rope everyday for at least 10mins and it made me sweat A LOT. it also feels good when you switch things up a bit and move your waist or arms. its a full body work out. you can complement it with lifting weights pa.

Jump rope was the main reason I lost all my weight, but I have to admit, it's also the reason I kind of have muscular calves. But those come in really handy if you're into joining those fun runs, or even in other sports. =)
