 I'm back!!

 

 

Hello fellow belles! Well, Im back to where I started.. I'm once again 130 pounds :( Sarap kasi kumain nh? but it's ok.. Today I'll start again with my journey. Things that I promise myself are: 1. Eat 1 slice of wheat bread for bfast or fruits. 2. Minimize my lunch to half rice. 3. Eat dinner with half rice only or eat fruits. 4. Go to the gym 3x a week. 5. Drink lots of water. 6. Avoid coffee and sweets. 7. Avoid junk foods (or eat lesser then stop). Easier said than done but I'll do my best :)

  my diet for today, Monday, 12 September (Average)
  Breakfast 1 slice wheat bread with peanut butter, water
  Lunch half rice, fish, eggplant, adobong giniling, dumplings
  Snack 2 small slices of kutsinta, 3 sips of taro milk tea, 2 pcs doritos
  Dinner half rice and 2 pcs bbq
  Glasses of water

Welcome back! hehe! :)
Since our last chat, have you taken your diet profile with The Bon Appetit Diet? With it, you can lose as much as 15 lbs in your first month. It's quite an exciting program.
