My name is...Titasim, 54, married and with two grown up sons. I now weigh 170 lbs. Last January 16, 2011, I weighed 204 lbs. I had been planning to get serious with my weight loss program (for the nth time, but nothing seems to work. But when I cut my sugar intake, and then gradually have no rice, no bread, no pasta meals, I started to notice that my weight slowly decreases. I'm elated, especially when my officemates took notice. I also do aerobic dancing 3 times a week, 30 minutes per session. I aim to lose 50 more lbs by December 2011 (My ideal weight for my height is 120 lbs). I need to sustain my weight loss program till I reach my goal, thus I need a support group. I hope I could be helped as much I am willing help others. Titasim
