 frustrated!

I'm so frustrated.. I can't seem to lose weight! I know i need a lot of focus to do this but when there is food.. ARRRGGGHHH.. I am really getting depressed with my weight that I rather stay at home than meet my friends. Another problem is I love to cook. Hayz.. I'm so freakin' pissed with myself right now. It helps sometimes when I read inspirational blogs but I can't seem to concentrate after a week. I really feel bad and I'm so disappointed with myself.. HELP! ='(

--> his sis! don't be disappointed.. u can still enjoy moments with you friends even if your in a diet. just choose the right food to eat. =) enjoy and don't always think you are in a diet when eating out because you'll end up frustrated. =))) if u love cooking, you can redefine foods.. put pork instead of fish on caldereta =) fresh milk instead of condensed milk for fruit salad.. stay beautiful

Thanks sa message mo sis. Yup, nsa mind lng tlga. I'm actually happy today kasi hindi ako nagbinge nung merienda time. I drank lots of water na lang muna. Haha! Sana maging tuloy-tuloy na toh.. =)

Hi there. Don't be frustrated cause if you do, you will tend to eat more. Losing weight isnt easy, we know that.It needs a lot of discipline and determination. :) We also need to focus. It's all in the mind my dear.When there's food, try to think about the effects it will do to your body or instead drink water,lots and lots para busog ka na. :) You can also have a small portion of the food served, para di ka deprived. :) And give at least 30 minutes everyday for exercise. Kaya natin ito my dear. :)
