14 days after the start (July 30) of my lifestyle change, I was so suprised when I checked my weight today..!! I lost a total of 5lbs. in two week.. From 190lbs. to 185lbs. Yipee..!!! Haha! Well, I know that is still small but I am so happy since my excercise and diet is effective..
They say that 1-2lbs. a week is a healthy way to lose weight so I'll stick to that. Now that my strategy is working, I am more motivated to reach my goal weight. Belletoday is really helping me especially my diet buddy Grace.. Thanks gurl! 
Just want to share what I did for the past 2 weeks:
1.) I changed my wake up time from 9am to 5am. I actually changed my alarm tone with my recorded voice telling me repeatedly to wake up and exercise! Hahaha! 
2.) Every morning, I walked around the lake here in our city. They say the distance of the lake is 3.8km. (1 usually walked for 45mins to 1hr)
3.) I switched from white rice to brown rice and white bread to wheat bread.
4.) I switched from 3 cups a day of rice to 1 cup. Half in the morning and half during lunch.
5.) I avoided pork and beef for a while.
6.) I tried eating foods with lost of fibers and I tried eating raw veggies as snack.
7.) I really love chips especially Piknik. That is my weakness! As an alternative since I cannot completely eliminate them, I switched from buying big packs to small packs of chips. I also tried sharing these with my brother. Hehe!
8.) Lastly, I enrolled in an aerobics class near my house. It's a 3x a week class and today is my 6th time to attend. 
So that's it! I plan to continue doing this and to enroll in a gym soon. Good luck to me and to everyone! Anyeong!
