I forgot to upload my food journal yesterday.. I am now trying to document everything I eat.. :)

  my diet for today, Tuesday, 28 September (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast 1pc wheat bread spread with light butter and 1/2 pc. pear
  Lunch 50g pan-grilled chicken breasts with vegetable salad in balsamic vinegarette
  Snack 2PM: 1/2 pc pear and 1/2 pc orange, 8PM: 1pc pear
  Dinner Carrots and petchai baguio in clear soup (with dash of sesame oil)
