  my diet for today, Sunday, 3 October (Poor)
  Breakfast 1/2 Fitnesse cereal, 1/2 Low-fat milk
  Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 bowl pork batchoi with sayote
  Snack 1030PM: 1pc (14.5g) Sunmaid raisin, 2PM: 1pc. (10g) fish cracker with vinegar, 5PM: 1/4 cup pancit canton and 1 pack pacencia, 7:30PM: 1/2 cucumber and vinegar mix
  Dinner 1 cup pancit canton, 1pc. wheat bread with Star margarine (garlic flavor), 1/4 pear
