  my diet for today, Friday, 8 October (Average)
  Breakfast 1tbsp. choco quaker oats and 2tbsp. original flavor quaker oats with 1/2 cup hot water
  Lunch 1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 cup pork tinadtad with potatoes, 1 cup sitaw and kangkong mix (adobo styled)
  Snack 1 tub strawberry yogurt (Yoplait), 2pcs. pork hopia
  Dinner 50g. wheat pasta with garlic, onion, bellpepper, olives, capers and parmesan cheese; 1pc. wheat bread with Star margarine (garlic)
