Hi tanya! Yes, it really feels good. I felt lighter though I know I still weighs the same.. Hehe! Also, the sore muscles helps me control my appetite. Realizing how much time and effort I am investing, I think first before eating something bad. Hehe! I love to cook so my motto now is, "If I did not cook it, I won't eat it" As much as possible, I try to prepare all my meals so I am assured they are all healthy.. Thanks and I'll keep you guys updated! :)

Hi Issa! Good job! Don't you love the feeling of sore muscles from a good workout? It's one thing that pushes me to keep being active because it makes me feel like I really accomplished something. Congratulations! Can't wait to hear how this all goes for you.
