 "NO" to chips!!!

Its almost 5 days since I implemented my NO CHIPS day! Hehehe! My weakness in food are really salty ones especially chips.. Since I started attending the gym, I tried eliminating chips one day at a time.. OMG! I can't believe I haven't eaten any chips in 5 days.. Yipee..!!! 2 more days to make this a week of NO CHIPS! ♥

  my diet for today, Friday, 1 October (Average)
  Breakfast 1tbsp. choco quaker oats and 2tbsp. original flavor quaker oats with 1/2 cup hot water, 1/2 ripe mango, 1/2 banana
  Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 steamed daing na bangus, 1 cup ginataang papaya, 5pcs. raw macadamia nuts
  Snack 11PM: 1pc (14.5g) Sunmaid raisins, 3PM: 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 ripe mango
  Dinner 2pcs. wheat bread, 2tbsp. tuna spread, slice of lettuce and cucumber, 6pcs. pork somai

Thanks sis.. ♥ There are times that I am really tempted to eat chips but when I think of the pounds I lost, I just eat healthier food like fruits.. I hope this continues.. ♥

Cutting out junk food is a great way to start! I, myself, was surprised at the pounds I was able to shed just by avoiding chips, pastries and sodas. Congratulations!
