  my diet for today, Monday, 4 October (Poor)
  Breakfast 1pc. banana, 1/2 cup Fitnesse cereal, 1/2 cup low fat milk
  Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup ginataang papaya
  Snack 11AM: 1/2 cup miswa with sayote and 1 ballot paborita, 1PM: 10g fish cracker with vinegar, 8PM: 1/2 cup piattos, 3pcs. whole cucumber with vinegar
  Dinner 1/2 pear, 1pc. wheat bread with Dairy Creme lite butter, 5pcs. ginataang papaya, 1/2 serving of 1 Lucky Me pancit canton
