  my diet for today, Monday, 4 October (Average)
  Breakfast 1/2 cup Fitnesse cereal, 1/2 cup low fat milk
  Lunch 2 bowls sinigang na gulay, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup chichacorn (Boybawang) and 1 small pack Dory fish cracker
  Snack 10AM: 14.5 g Sunmaid raisins, 11AM: 1 bowl Jollibee creamy soup
  Dinner 14.5g Sunmaid raisins, 1/2 pc melon, several pcs. grapes, 1pc. wheat bread with Dari Creme lite butter
