  my diet for today, Tuesday, 5 October (Average)
  Breakfast 1tbsp. choco quaker oats and 2tbsp. original flavor quaker oats with 1/2 cup hot water
  Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 1pc. talong and sitaw (adobo styled), 1 cup ginisang petchai with ground pork, 10g Zebra cornpuffs
  Snack 11AM: 14.5g Sunmaid raisins, 4PM: 4pcs Rebisco wheat cracker
  Dinner 1 bowl of fruits (fresh watermelon, papaya and grapes), 1pc. wheat bread with Dari Creme lite butter, 10g. Zebra cornpuff, 1palm Piknik ketchup

@victoria: Thanks! Yes, I'm really trying to cut out all my junk foods. If indeed I am craving Piknik or any chips, i eat a small portion, not a whole pack or can.. ♥

Looks good! And ideally over time, the cornpuffs and Piknik will appear less frequently. ;)
