 Ate too much!!! Hayz.. :(

I ate too much today.. Tomorrow is another day.. :)

  my diet for today, Friday, 8 October (Poor)
  Breakfast 1tbsp. choco quaker oats and 2tbsp. original flavor quaker oats with 1/2 cup hot water
  Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup pork tinadtad with potatoes, 1 cup ginataang mix veggies (okra, sitaw, squash, etc.)
  Snack 10AM: 14.5g Sunmaid raisins; 3PM: 1 Quaker oats granola bar, 4pcs. Rebisco wheat crackers, lanzones
  Dinner 1/2 cup white rice, 1 leg and 1 breast Savory chicken, 1/2 cup pancit, 5pcs. liempo, 2 cups hot n' sour soup
