| Snack |
10AM: 14.5g Sunmaid raisins; 3PM: 1 Quaker oats granola bar, 4pcs. Rebisco wheat crackers, lanzones |
| Dinner |
1/2 cup white rice, 1 leg and 1 breast Savory chicken, 1/2 cup pancit, 5pcs. liempo, 2 cups hot n' sour soup |
