I'm glad that on my 4th day on the program, I am still doing great with all the discipline in my diet. I hope I could make this till the end.

Supposedly, this week is already my 6th week in the Belle Today program. Honestly speaking, I just started yesterday. ... and i'm serious with my diet and exercises. My husband is teasing me... yeah, he knew me when it comes to losing weight ( I'm good at the start)...
I hope I can make it this time...

I hope I would be able to achieve my goal on losing some pounds. I admit, I drink less water. This time, I promise to exceed on the recommended number of glasses of water everyday. Good thing I was able to get a new tumbler. LOL!
