Sugar is your enemy!!! Day 4

I crashed early last night at 8:30 out of exhaustion. I still felt very weak when I woke up but not as much as yesterday. I tried eating bigger servings for my breakfast to see if it will give me more energy. It seems to have worked but I did feel much better after eating lunch which I think had some sugar in it. Charmaine says it's ok though since I can consider it my one teaspoon a day :-)

I've been looking at the sweets in our fridge and the temptation isn't that big anymore. I can now look at the fridge full of sweets and still keep looking for a healthy snack.

Sugar withdrawal Day 3

Felt very weak today after my workout even though I had a good pre and post workout meal. Not sure if it's because I've been avoiding sweets for a few days now. I guess my body was needing the sugar even though my mind didn't feel like indulging. I feel like a junkie hehe.

Hopefully my body should get accustomed soon.

Absolutely No Sweets Day 2

I went to the supermarket today to look for a snack and realized how almost everything is packed with sugar. I began missing juices and energy drinks which would be very refreshing in this hot weather. Oh well. I just picked a small pack of dry roasted peanuts and went straight to the counter.

Sweety says bye bye DAY 1 (for me)

Ok... What a great timing for this challenge.

My relatives just came from abroad and brought boxes of chocolates. Some of them came from Italy, and USA so our fridge is packed sweets from all over the world!!! It's so full of chocolates that there isn't any real food in it. I tried looking for a healthy breakfast last weekend but the only thing I saw was chocolates. No Eggs or meats. :-( I am probably gonna stay at my room tonight so I don't see the fridge.

So far so good though I have avoided any sweets today. The sweetest thing I have eaten is half a mango but they say that's ok so I still get a sweet fix. :-)
