Here, taken November 26, 2009, am wearing the same blouse I wore on the photo below on Sept. 25...now I can button this shirt without any problem and I don't need to hold my tummy...thank you BelleToday for your graphs, your exercise guides and fellow Bellas...and thanks for your meal plans even if I have just started using them...this is just the beginning...

thanks Belles, I was able to pull this off with the combination of proper diet, early morning power walks and alternately going to the gym not later than 8.30 am, large breakfasts, exercise and stretching plans provided by Belletoday, some fatburning and muscle building products and the BelleToday graph! I intend to continue until I reach my goal weight and won't stop my exercises coz am really enjoying the routine...

Wow!! Congratulations! Just two months?? It took me 6 months to lose 15lbs.. hehe Wow you must had a great discipline..^_^
