natural yoghurt with extra bacteria culture (1.5 % fat), naturell cottage cheese (4 % fat), frozen raspberries, bell pepper, kiwi, apple and banana

Yummy, yogurt and cottage cheese, you can't go wrong with that, top it off with fruit and you are set!

wow! I dont know much how to cook just the ordinary stuffs.. Im just a newbie in cooking but really love to eat. Oh you're in Sweden, thought just here in the Phil..^_^

hi Suzzell...no, I don't make my own yoghurt...there are so many good brands to choose from here in Sweden and they are quite cheap. There are however some food stuffs that I prepare myself...I cure my own dill-cured salmon, bake my own ryebread and GI bread, bake my own Danish and cure my own ham...and I also know how to make yummy longganisa and tocino using red and white wine...
