 my weight loss trick...

I eat breakfast like a queen

lunch like a princess


and dinner like a pauper...

and once in a while I indulge in sweet and salty temptations
but do my penance by perspiring through a 4 kilometer track
for 45 minutes to 1 hour
early in the morning...

 

Slowly but surely...am almost there! work it!
