 my latest "AFTER" photo

This is me now all dressed up to party with president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. I have now lost 13 kilos...my body is steadily losing 1 kilo a week...I hope it continues this way until I reach my goal weight.

Slowly but surely...am almost there! work it!

hello mady...wishing you too a MERRY CHRISTMAS & A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR...yes, I am so thankful that my fitness programme is working well on me...if you want to know what I do to lose weight, please read my old blog called "my fitness programme is working well", which I've written here last October 26th. I still do use this programme, which I made for myself but have stopped eating the meal replacement meal (Figu Active). Instead, I take 2 tabs and sometimes capsules of L-Carnitine in the morning when my stomach is empty. It is a fat burner. And I have now divided my power walk into 2 sessions a day…30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening…you need to change the routine once in a while when the body has adjusted to the old one and weight loss seems to slow down or stop. Do not be afraid of eating meat (as long as they are not cladded with fat…and don’t be afraid of eating fat once in a while as long as you have moderation…choose your carbohydrates instead…I know it is hell to avoid breads and pasta made of white flour and feels the same way to avoid rice but you have to eat very minimal amounts of these, only at parties if possible and replace your source of carbs with fruits and veggies…if you do this, you will not go hungry and gradually, you’ll get used to not eating too much rice or white flour products….but the work-out and power walks plus the stretches are very very important factors to my weight loss and getting my strength back…try my programme and see if it works for you…

hello, MERRY CHRISTMAS......how did you lose that 13 kilos, and a kilo in week? can you give me some tips.please...................this week i'm trying to avoid meat and sugar but i can't........
