  my diet for today, Wednesday, 20 January
  Breakfast total 600g: yoghurt w/ bact. cultures, frozen blue-& raspberries, 1 sl. ryebread w/ 1 boiled egg + caviar, 1 sl. ryebread w/ ham & red capsicum, 1 banana & 1/2 apple, ml H2O, tea
  Lunch total 700 g: pork filé stew with eggplant, champignons & crémefraiche, vegetable salad, H20
  Snack total 100 g: 1 apple, 1/2 banana
  Dinner total 500 g: stir-fried chicken filets, vegetable salad, my supplements, pomelo slices
  Glasses of water
