I thought I'll gain back a lot of weight during the past few days...but like what I've said before, I am vigilant of what I eat...I did nibble on some lovely munchies during Christmas eve though and golly me, they were mostly of high GI carbs...surprisingly, I still continued on losing weight...I am now 75 kilos and is facing another hurdle...my New Year's eve menu...but I guess my body has built more muscles now for me to continue beating the flab off...the more muscles we have the more fat we burn, you know...
