 My latest "AFTER" photo

This is me now at 61 kilos (here with my German officemate), 2 weeks after my carb-filled 8 weeks...I already primed my metabolism so as long as I exercize regularly (6 days a week for at least 45 minutes) I no longer gain weight though I eat whatever pleases me. ...but of course, I am already used to eating sensibly.

Slowly but surely...am almost there! work it!

WOW! Look at you! ^_^ You look amazing! Congratulations once again!

And I know what you mean about still preferring to eat sensibly, despite (wonderfully) discovering that you can already eat whatever you like and not gain weight, because of your metabolism and exercise. =) I think that's as good a reward as the weight loss!

thank you ladies...I'll try to visit you here more often and drop a line or two...tanya, you look great girl, you already have a "bikini body"...florence, am sure you'll achieve your weightgoal and you'll be fit again as soon as you set your mind to it and never allow distraction to overpower you...just work it out!
