We were at a costume party in Novemebr 2010...I went as the love fairy and my hubby went as James Bond. I had fun avoiding to dress up as Big Bertha.
To see a clearer photo of my husband when he was still chubby, please go to blog archives for November 2009 and click on "birthday dinner preparations".

thank you Victoria...every day, if not every week, is a challenge...but hey, am glad for the challenges, otherwise life would have been boring...I have a strong spirit and a good bold heart...words don't get me down and obstacle that don't break me physically only make me stronger and I learn a lot from challenges...I am glad that here in Europe, women over 40 are not considered as folks on their way to retirement...am glad that the general mentality here is that we at 40 and over are wiser, more confident and more sophisticated...when I was in Pinas this summer, I however observed that women in my age are slowly adapting to and acquiring this kind of aura and confidence and am so glad to see hip middle-aged women around when I was at Greenbelt, MOA, Trinoma and The Fort...
Over here, party invitations pour in every week for the weekends and it's hard to lose any more weight, so my husband and I am very thorough with weight maintenance...although very relaxed about it now...daily exercise and the old school 3-4 fruits a day & green leafy vegetables a day actually work for us so we're thankful...and like what you said, maintaining weight is easy once one primes her/his metabolism...thanks gorgeous belle!
