after joining the forum, i realized that we all want to lose weight, to be healthy and achieve a long term weight lose. we all want to change and to achieve those changes in the fastest way possible. in my own exeperience, i used to set goals and even resolutions when it comes to my diet and execise but behind those goals hides the big question. can i really stick to this kind of diet today? or i'll just start tomorrow? whenever i see a mouth watering food, i used to say i'll just start dieting tomorrow. when i eat, i eat big portions and when i dont have an appetite, it always ends up with a dizzy sleepless night. achieving a long term change in our lifestyle is not that easy, and will never be unless you really have the will! set a realistic goal that would fit to your lifestyle and everyday living. dont go for a quick change lifestyle and diet which would lead you to depression due to deprivation that will cause more food intake. settle for a slowly but surely diet that would give you a more positive and long term result. self discpline is the key to success! always think of a better way to change yourself for the better and not for the worst. think of ways where you could achieve a better and healthier you. dont start tomorrow, start today at this very minute! love yourself, love your body and love the changes that will happen to you!
