I fell off the wagon

It's been weeks since I've visited Belle and I have to say, there have been a LOT of updates.  As for me, I fell off the wagon one week after I joined.  My plan was to stay fit and be healthy for myself and my family.  And now, thanks to a friend, I am back.

I haven't been posting blogs lately but my gym workout have been consistent for a week now.  Our weighing scale says that I'm now 124lbs and the cellulites in my thighs seem to lessen.  Even so, I know I still have a lot to go.

The support team of Belle is great and I hope to continue the deed.

More power guys and good luck to us hopefuls.

Drink more water. 

I'm actually into liquids.  I drink lots of water and fresh juices.  Not into softdrinks and sodas.  So I guess, this'll be easy! Yeah!

I'm starting a habit

I just started going to the gym in our building this week.  I want to lose some 10-15 lbs.  It's my fourth day today..haha! and I actually feel great.  I started with this regimen just to have physical activity.  I want to be healthier, fitter and sexier of course.  But apart from all that, I'm feeling quite good about myself.  I hope to push through with this habit. 

It's only 30mins a day!haha! But I'm thinking if I continue this like really making it a habit... this 30min thing would give me the perfect shape I've always wanted.  Handa lang!hahaha!

Anyway, I'm also into food supplements to help me with my daily nutrient requirements.  I really love eating so I figured I also need the workout.
