 Dark Chocolate Indulgence

I had some really great chocolate yesterday by Cadbury. I had been eyeing it at the grocery store a couple of times and I finally bought it. It's the Old Gold Dark Chocolate with roasted almonds in it. I only had 3 small squares which filled me up.

Yummy!!!

Lovely! I also liked Old Gold with almonds when I tried it. I also had my dark chocolate fix a few days ago; maybe I'll allow myself the same treat again this weekend. =D

Good morning! Yes, dark chocolate is better for you as it contains more cocoa content which is what is used to make chocolate. Cocoa is also a form of healthy saturated fat and has a high content of antioxidants. When choosing dark chocolate though you should look for dark bittersweet chocolate with 70% or greater cocoa content as this has much lower sugar levels than milk chocolate or standard dark chocolate:)
