Happy Easter Belles!! Hope everyone is doing well and not eating too much today!! My family and I are going to my Aunt's house later for an Easter Egg Hunt and some delicious food but will be sure to stay within reason and not eat too much.
When I eat at other people's house, most of the time they do have foods that I try to stay away from like white breads and white rice as I only eat whole wheat breads and brown rice. When I am faced with this situation usually I'll only put a little rice on my plate as I don't want to not be poilte by not eating thier food. Luckily though I often don't eat at other peoples house and I don't eat out a lot either. I know that the food that I cook at home is better for me so I try not to eat out much. Plus on top of that it adds up when you eat out a lot and in the end it becomes expensive.
I have been slacking lately in my exercise routine and have made a goal for myself to start a strict routine tomorrow. That just goes to show you that I am human and sometimes I fall off the bandwagon!!
I prefer to workout in the morning as it gives me energy during the day so I am planning to wake up at 5:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and go to the park to do sprints, bodyweight exercises and do 10 minutes with my kettlebell. I think this will really jumpstart my day and get me focused to do the tasks that I need to get done for the day. I can't wait to start and who knows maybe in a couple of weeks time I will post some new pics. Here's to me!!!
