I wanted to write today about motivating yourself as I feel this is the single most thing you need to master even before you start on your journey to not only losing weight but keeping it off for good.
Motivating oneself can mean a lot of different things to different people. There is only one common goal though that each of us have and that is to lose weight or a variation of that like losing belly fat or flabby arms but still in all it's the same thing. With that being said it's important that whatever you choose your motivation to be wether it's for health reasons, for your family, for yourself, for your husband, to have six pack abs, to look sexy in a dress, whatever it is you cannot lose sight of it.
Motivation is being able to wake up early in the morning even though you are not an early riser and workout before you go to work because you know you will not have time to do it later. Motivation is choosing to drink water instead of coke even though you want or think you need a coke really bad. Motivation is opting for a healthier option like a salad even though you are at a fast food restaurant. Motivation is ....you fill in the blanks. You get my drift! Motivation is any and everything that you battle on a daily basis on your journey to losing weight. Some people may call these challenges and battles which they are but the reason that you don't choose the unhealthy options is that because you are motivated. So as I mentioned before it is very important to not lose sight of what motivates you and to remind yourself on a daily basis or even more than once a day so that you will be able to tackle anything that comes your way!
Wanted to post this link to these videos that just came out that go with the manual that I talked about that has helped me lose my belly fat. I'm very excited about these videos because they show you exactly how each exercise is done with perfect form and to prevent injury in the future. For anyone who needs videos to show you exactly what exercises to do to lose belly fat then this is for you, get the videos at The Truth About Six Pack Abs Videos, the cool thing is that you can also download them to your iPod if you have one. If you don't have the manual then go BlastBulgingBelly.
