Been out again...(February 7,2010)

 Yeah needs some more prayers for my brother. He's in the hospital again. Those who didn't read my past blog he's a cancer patient. Pain is killing him. Into demerol already, its addicting. 

Hospital is making me depress and been eating like hell. Hope I can regulate my eating. Feeling so full but so want to eat. And doesn't help that hospitals today have their own mini foodcourt inside their premise.

  Breakfast rice, egg,fish
  Snack banana, shawarma,hopia
  Dinner rice, chicken caldereta, pineapple, donut
  Glasses of water 8

Not feeling well, absent from gym again.

I don't know what's going on with me these past days. Yesterday whole day I was good and feeling good. Back pain is gone. But  at 1 am today I feel the need to go to the bathroom . I threw up and it was bitter taste(sorry for the grossness of my blog) meaning I don't  have anything to throw up. 

Its tuesday gym day but I have to pass this one out. I just can't do it. I am so tired and feeling my stomach still upset.

i am so hungry but everytime I eat I just want to throw it all out. I feel a little better but still not in condition to do things.

back pains and having hard time breathing.

Yesterday the back pain was terrible. The whole day today I am feeling something is pressing on my chest. I hope its nothing serious. I hope it will be gone by tomorrow. I hope its just spasm. Now there's still some pain on my left back side and when it hurts it goes all the way to the front. Shocks I'm going nuts with this.  Maybe I should stop drinking coffee. I am getting palpitations, I am not used of drinking coffee thats why.

skipped gym!

ouch I have to skip gym today. Older brother just got out of the hospital. Been there since monday. I got to skip gym becoz I've to help mom in the hospital. You know the things we got to do before leaving hospital. Anyways my whole body still aches from last tuesdays body balance class. But I did miss combat and retro classes.  One week na naman hintayin ko.
