5 Days of No Sweet Challenge!!!

After a long time I'm back and what a way to start again!
Read the challenge and yeah I want to do it. No sweet for 5 days. I'm a chocoholic. Will I ever take it to the finish line? Luckily, I survived. Last day today! And I say I'm fine.
Not bad at all. One thing, I discovered a decaf coffee with milk and no sugar at all tastes just fine.
Anyone discovered anything from this challenge?
So what's the next one?

Doing it outside!

hey quite sometime now that i visited the site! Merry Christmas and happy new year everyone!
This year was quite a year for me and my family. The death of my brother earlier this year and just recently my dad's quadruple bypass. By any standard not a good one but one must not dwell on the bad for all this shall all pass. Remember and be thankful of everything for God works everything for our own good.
Now my dad's ok. He's been doing walks every morning as per his doctor's advice. Regularly he just walks around a village near our place. On sundays he goes to MOA to do it. One time I went with him as well as the rest of the family including my 4 year old nephew to jog,walk at 5 am! I do go to a gym 3times a week where i regularly do my cardio of walking, running on the the treadmill, first time ever I did walk ,jog outside. Here was what I discovered after. The morning after I was sore in my thigh. Never did I got that kind of soreness when i do treadmill. Really doing workouts outside hit the right muscles and fats!
So for my new year resolution let me do this MOA thing every possible time I can!

Juan the typhoon!

super typhoon Juan or with international name Meji hits the Philippines. Didn't hit that much the metro's but those in the Northern part was seriously hit.. signal number 4. As of this time just watched from news its heading china sea. This means the winds are blowing hard I can hear it in my room and rains are pouring.. The worst before the calm! Pray that everyone will be safe until the storm is outside of our teritory.. Stay safe everyone.
