Today was my cheat day. Unintentionally, I binge into eating today. Specially at dinner time. Good thing I ate less this lunch.
Unplanned visit to a mall this evening made me want to eat. Hey I've been trying to get rid of my holiday weight gain and here I am choosing the sinful dishes on the menu.
Good day tomorrow I'll be heading to the gym. I hope I won't feel heavy and cranky tomorrow so I can really do my max on my usual cardio exercises. Crossing my fingers tightly, hahaha.

Breakfast
rice, tuyo, egg
Lunch
macaroni soup, tocino
Dinner
this is it- iced tea(3 cups), rice, roast beef, green salad, buttered corn and carrot, pancake with butter and peanut butter and maple syrup(guessed where I ate?)
